When you submit the estimate request form we collect the name, phone number, email address, town or ZIP code, service type and any project description you choose to give us. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website.

Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, schedule a walkthrough and provide an estimate for the work you asked about.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

Your information is shared only with the people who need it to deliver the service you requested. That may include our own crew and, where a project requires it, a licensed electrician or plumber working on your job.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them for the project and for our business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.
